Ms. Donnelly, born on Long Island, has now been living in upstate New York since 1989. A graduate of Albany Law School (Class of 2000) now admitted to the New York State Bar (January 2001) and the U.S. District Court - Northern District of New York (March 2001). While attending law school, Ms. Donnelly served on the Editorial Board of the Albany Law School Journal of Science and Technology in the duel capacity of Note and Comment Editor and Production Editor.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Ms. Donnelly enjoyed a distinguished career with the NYS Crime Victims Board as the Assistant Directory of Grants. She received a Masters Degree in Public Administration from SUNY Albany Nelson A. Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy (May 1994).
Ms. Donnelly is currently a member of the Rensselaer County Bar Association, the Columbia County Bar Association, the Rensselaer County Chamber of Commerce and a Trustee on the East Greenbush Library Board of Trustees. Ms. Donnelly also holds a New York State Real Estate Broker License.
